Business Mission provides unique opportunities


From September 30 until October 4, 219 the New Zealand Fiji Business Council (NZFBC) will lead a business mission to Fiji, with a focus on networking and potential investment opportunities.

The business mission is a unique chance for New Zealand businesses to connect with Fiji-based companies, government officials and stakeholders to explore various investment options in the Pacific nation.

Commencing in the Nadi/Lautoka region on September 30, the mission will make site visits in Lautoka, Ba and Raki Raki.

The official opening of the mission will be held in Suva, with a formal programme including New Zealand’s Minister for Economic Development, Trade & Export Growth, Environment  Hon David Parker, and Fiji’s Minister for Industry, Trade, Tourism, Local Government, Housing and Community Development Hon Premila Kumar.

This full-day programme concludes with cocktails and networking at New Zealand House hosted by New Zealand’s High Commissioner to Fiji HE Jonathan Curr.

Participants are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

The registration fee is NZ$390.00 (GST exclusive) for NZFBC members and NZ$640.00 (GST exclusive) for non-members.

It covers conference facilities; catering (exclusive breakfast); on the ground transportation; arranged functions and site visits; and administration costs.
