STRONG INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE BLUE PACIFIC
28 July 2020 – “The Blue Pacific needs foreign direct investment,” says Acting Trade Commissioner Glynis Miller from Pacific Trade Invest New Zealand (PTI NZ).
“Investment is a key driver of sustainable economic development.
It encourages productive capacity, job creation and income growth across the main sectors of our economies,” she says.
While the global pandemic has been challenging on all fronts, countries in the Blue Pacific are making concerted efforts to boost the investment regulatory environment through policy frameworks of which promotion and facilitation is crucial.
Manuel Valdez, Chief Investment Officer PTI NZ says, “as the leading trade and
investment promotion agency in the Blue Pacific we hold a rich database of information on bankable investment projects across several industries and on multiple levels of investment.”
Over the next few months, PTI NZ will be holding seminars on investment opportunities across Auckland targeting the Pasifika business communities.
